"Working with Lindsey for just a few months helped me recontextualize who
I am as a man. Through understanding myself, I was able to let go of years of unhealthy habits and past emotional trauma and finally develop healthy relationships with those around me. For the first time, I feel like I can be who I really am and not hide it."

"I have a co-collaborative relationship with Lindsey, which is different from any other therapist I've had before. Before embarking on the expressive arts journey with her, I had a very pessimistic outlook on my life. Expressive arts opened up my mind to new opportunities, to such a level where I could finally break through all the baggage I was carrying. It doesn't feel as heavy now.”
-RR
"Working with Lindsey through doing expressive arts therapy was exactly the shift I needed. The hands-on projects helped me process emotions in a more enjoyable and less overwhelming way, replacing the heavy feeling of being stuck in my head. I highly recommend expressive arts therapy with Lindsey for anyone, especially young adults who feel stagnant and are seeking a fresh alternative to traditional talk therapy or counseling."
